My recent shopping trip

Recently had one of my favourite weekends and this was only because it was my birthday. A whole weekend of shopping and eating out with the husband (although l'm sure he didn't enjoy being dragged around the shops as much as l did!).
The high street has now removed the last dregs of sale stock (l hate seeing all this slung on the rails like some charity shop and doesn't entice my to buy anything) and the new season pieces are coming in thick and fast. I get so excited to see what interpretations the high street brings from all the fashion shows and l'm always on the hunt for something to bring little excitement into my wardrobe which means l'm very picky about what l buy. I have to fall in love with something which believe it or not doesn't happen that often.
So first off this is what l bought:

Next- Charcoal Check Two Piece Set £32

Next - Silver Glitter Sneakers £35

Next - Broderie Ruffle Top £38

H&M - Belt with metal studs £8.99

Top shop - Tall indigo Jamie jeans £40

Oasis - Embellished Collar Knit £38

There was plenty more than l saw and would have happily bought too. The jumpsuit below from Warehouse was cut really nicely and would be a great alternative for a work wardrobe but l would also wear it for weekends with trainers. Unfortunately for me it wasn't long enough in the body which made it uncomfortable however l am 5" 11"!

Warehouse - Dotty Jumpsuit £52

This blazer from Next was lovely...perfect for the pink trend and love anything herringbone.

Next - Herringbone Heritage Jacket £70

These trainers made me week at the knees but the husband said they made him feel sick! To be honest l don't usually listen to him anyway and despite buying the glitter one's from Office will end up buying these too.

Office - Fluffy Pom Pom Trainers £38

Was quite excited about this as previously l talked about cagoules in one of my trends for ss17 (http://styledesignandfashion.blogspot.co.uk/2017/01/trends-for-2017-sportswear.html) and thought that this was a good and safe option for those who don't want to look too 1980's.

Next - Colourblock Cropped Sporty Cagoule £42

Warehouse - Button Detail Stripe Jumper £45

I have been sitting on the fence about wide cropped trousers for sometime, again probably because the husband says he hates them but l keep coming back to these M&S trousers and love how they've styles them with a denim shirt. Can just see myself doing the school run in these and dressing them up for a meal out.

M&S Cropped Wide Trousers £45

I could go on and on with what l would like but will stop there....for now. Is there anything you guys have seen that you love or want advice on?

ok, one more....l want this
