Tastiest fish and pancetta supper


As with most of my dishes l kinda made this up as l went along and it was so quick and tasty plus the kids loved it!

Ingredients
White fish
Diced pancetta
Fresh spinach
Flagolet beans

Method
1. Fry the pancetta until it starts to brown then add the beans for another 5 mins.
2. Add the spinach with a tablespoon of water until it starts to wilt (3 mins).
3. Keep warm whilst you fry the fish.

This is it! 3 simple steps and takes 20 mins! So worth it and very filling and healthy.
